John and his crew did an excellent job. They built a 30 by 40 deck on the rear of my restaurant. The job was done on time and the site was left spotless. When he was done I asked John to attach a sign telling people who built the deck.
John and his team installed my deck back in 1998 and over the years its has endured many a snow storm and seen many happy picnics. Despite its years of use and exposure to the weather it is still in “Great Shape” with no rotting wood or in need of any repair. I asked them to build a flower box attached to the deck and their skilled workers did it with no problem. I would recommend Superior Decks to any one looking a great deck.

We hired Superior Decks to build a deck at our cottage. The workmanship is outstanding. We’ve had so many compliments from our neighbors on the design. John is a great guy and is very professional. Paid attention to details. I’d hire him & his team over any other company in WNY!
I decided to do some major remodeling of my back yard. It included an in-ground pool, cement patio, and a very large second story deck. John was extremely easy to work with and very professional. He helped me design a deck that would hold a hot tub, table and people securely 10 feet above the ground. First day on the job they removed remnants of the old deck and dug post holes. They tried to work as long as they could through the torrential rain that pelted them halfway through the day. Guess power tools, a monsoon and mud sliding do not go hand in hand with a safe outdoor working area. Second day brought an unforeseen issue with the building inspector which John was able to quickly, with the help of an architect, resolve to the inspector’s satisfaction. Third day…hot tub issue. Again, John to the rescue! He contacted Pool Mart and a bobcat rental agency to coordinate the delivery and installation of the hot tub without destroying anyone’s back hauling a 7 person hot tub up some stairs. Fourth day! A beautiful, beautiful (40 x 14) deck spanning the width of my house is complete! John and his crew made the entire process stress free and fun. I ran into John a year later and mentioned that over the winter a small piece of wood on the lattice curled, John immediately sent someone out to fix it. You just can’t ask for anything better than that! Someone who does a phenomenal job designing and building, resolves logistic issues and provides customer service long after the job is done. So would I recommend him? Absolutely without hesitation! Heavy hot tub use, lots of people, two dogs, a third summer coming up and the deck still looks brand new.
